5.2 Receiving Newsletters and Promotional Emails

You can click on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any promotional email that you receive. Alternatively, you may edit your email preferences on your "My Account" page or call our Percos India customer care executive to discontinue receiving any promotional materials by mail/ e-mail.

5.3 Behavioral Based Advertising

You can opt-out of some, but not all, online behavioral based advertising by clicking here or by using your browser settings to block cookies or notify you when a cookie is set.

5.4 Remove Content from User Review

You can remove content that you posted on a Percos India public space, such as part of a Ratings & Review, by emailing details to info@percosindia.in. Please note that we will endeavor and try to honor your request to remove information, however, our removal of your information does not completely erase that information from the internet viz. historical copies, or "caches," may remain.

9. GDPR Compliance

If the Purchase order and/or Agreement, and/or the activities contemplated thereby involve the processing (as such term is defined under the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, or “GDPR”)) by the Client of personal data (as defined in the GDPR) of which Cornell is the controller (as defined in the GDPR), regardless of whether such personal data constitutes Cornell Data, then Cornell and the Vendor agrees to complete/execute a Personal Data Processing Agreement (PDPA) to the extent to which the GDPR applies to such processing (in addition to the provisions of the Purchase order and/or Agreement).

As long as it's required for the reason it was obtained, we make every effort to keep your Personal and Sensitive Information safe, current, and accurate. We recognize the value you place on the Personal and Sensitive Information you have entrusted to us; therefore, we have taken all necessary efforts to keep it safe, secure, and free from misuse or intrusion, and (ii) made it possible for you to examine and modify it.

However, we will not be held responsible for any user's loss, damage (whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential), or harm brought on by a third party's unauthorized access to or abuse of their personal or sensitive information.
