7. Information About Prices

Although Percos India makes every effort to provide correct product and pricing information, mistakes can still happen.

The price of the item cannot be confirmed by Percos India until you place an order. Without limiting the generality of the following clause (Cancellations, Refunds and Returns), Percos India shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for any product or service listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to any technical error, unless the product has already been delivered or the service has already been utilized by you. If an item's price is incorrect, Percos India may, in its sole discretion, either get in touch with you to ask for clarification or cancel your order and let you know about it. Your offer will not be deemed accepted unless the product you ordered is delivered and the services are used. Percos India will then have the right to change the price of the product or service and contact you for further instructions using the email address you provided during registration or when placing the order, or to cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. Your credit card or debit card account will be debited if Percos India accepts your order, and you will be properly notified by email that the payment has been handled. Prior to Percos India shipping the item you requested, the payment may be processed. The sum will be returned to your credit or debit card account if we have to cancel the order after processing the payment.

The prices and availability of the goods and services offered or provided on the website are subject to change at Percos India's sole discretion without prior notice. Percos India reserves the right to modify and discontinue offering any product or service at any time. If Percos India is unable to deliver the product to you on time or at all, we will email you to let you know. Your order will then be immediately canceled owing to product unavailability or at your request if our delivery partners fail to deliver the product at the scheduled time. Due to the order cancellation or delivery delay, Percos India is not responsible for paying any damages in this situation.
